Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Shanon, and I believe healing should be structured, strategic, and rooted in truth.

My professional foundation was built in the military, where discipline, integrity, and accountability were non-negotiable. As an Air Force logistics officer, I learned to look at the bigger picture, understand how individual pieces work together, and recognize where a system needs to change. That experience continues to shape how I approach health today.

After my service, I trained in classical French cuisine and worked as a professional pastry chef. In the kitchen, I learned to respect ingredients, understand how they interact, and appreciate how small changes can create meaningful results.

Motherhood made that relationship with food personal. As  a mother of two boys and the primary cook in my home, I wanted to understand how to truly nourish my family, not just feed them. That curiosity led me to functional nutrition and a deeper study of how food and the body work together.

Today, I bring together military precision, culinary expertise, and functional nutrition to help clients connect the dots between the food on their fork, the way their body functions, and how they feel.

I don't believe nutrition should be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you become curious about your body, recognize its signals, understand your individual needs, and become a more informed advocate for you own health.

Understand your food. Understand your body. Own your health.

If you are ready to move beyond symptom management and start understanding your health from a more informed perspective, I would be honored to work with you.

certified functional nutrition counselor (cfnc)

You’ll find me doing the same work I guide my clients through, learning my body and adjusting as needed, embracing both slower days on the mat and stronger days lifting weights.

What Clients Walk Away With

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of what their body is trying to tell them. Together, we slow things down, connect the dots, and create a path forward that finally makes sense.

They walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of what's been happening in their body and why

  • A personalized, realistic plan they can actually follow

  • Greater awareness of how to listen to and support their body

  • Confidence in making decisions about their health

  • Tools and strategies that last beyond our time together

More than anything, they leave feeling empowered because when you understand your body, you're no longer working against it.

Let’s start your healing journey.
